The current terms for using PhotoToSticker instant stickers and generated packs.

These terms apply to the public PhotoToSticker website, the browser-local instant sticker tool, and the signed-in sticker pack generation flow. The instant sticker layer runs locally in your browser. The 16-expression pack flow uploads your selected photo to the server-side generation pipeline after you sign in.
Use a photo or other content only when you have the right to use it.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PhotoToSticker. Do not upload photos of minors. Before uploading a photo containing another person, obtain permission from every identifiable person shown in it.
The selected photo is not uploaded for the instant sticker layer. If you choose to generate a sticker pack, you authorize PhotoToSticker to process the uploaded photo through the configured image model provider for that generation request.
Selecting a photo does not transfer ownership of that photo to PhotoToSticker.
If you send a contact message, you permit the configured contact service to process that message so it can be received and reviewed.
Do not use the website to break applicable law, interfere with the site or other visitors, probe or bypass security controls, distribute harmful code, or submit content you do not have the right to use.
Generated images may contain Google's invisible SynthID marker. Do not remove or misrepresent safety, provenance, or visible free-tier markings in a way intended to deceive others.
The service is provided in its current state and may change, pause, or contain errors. Generation quality, similarity, platform import behavior, and download compatibility are not guaranteed. These terms may be updated when the implemented experience changes, and the current version and date will remain on this page.
The website may link to other sites or mention messaging and streaming platforms. Those destinations operate under their own terms and policies. PhotoToSticker creates downloadable files and does not publish directly to those platforms for you.
