The content and behavior rules for using PhotoToSticker safely.

PhotoToSticker is for creating lawful, safe sticker artwork from photos that you have the right and permission to use. This policy applies to uploaded photos, requested sticker packs, generated files, account activity, and attempts to interact with the service.
You may not upload, request, or generate NSFW, pornographic, adult, nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
Sexual or exploitative content involving minors is strictly prohibited. Do not upload photos of minors or use the service to create, sexualize, or suggest sexual content involving a person who is or appears to be under 18.
Non-consensual intimate imagery and content intended to sexualize, humiliate, harass, or exploit another person are prohibited.
Use only photos and other material that you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission from every identifiable person in a photo before uploading it.
Do not use PhotoToSticker for face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive identity manipulation, impersonation, fraud, or content that falsely suggests another person created, approved, or participated in it.
Do not upload content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Do not use PhotoToSticker to create or support illegal, hateful, threatening, violent, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content or activity.
Do not distribute malware, interfere with the website, automate abusive requests, evade service limits, probe security controls, bypass moderation, or attempt to discover how to defeat a safety decision.
PhotoToSticker uses safety controls before generated sticker-pack requests are sent to an image model. A request may be blocked when the photo, generation instructions, or account activity does not comply with this policy, or when a required safety service is unavailable.
PhotoToSticker may reject a request, limit access, restrict an account, or act on an abuse report when necessary to protect users and the service. Safety decisions do not guarantee that every prohibited use will be detected.
