How PhotoToSticker handles browser-local stickers, generated packs, contact messages, and basic site data.

2026/07/28

Browser-local instant stickers

The first sticker layer runs in your browser. When you select a photo, the page reads it locally, creates a 512px sticker preview with a white outline, and lets you download that PNG without uploading the photo to PhotoToSticker.

Replacing or resetting the photo releases the browser preview created by the interface. Closing the page ends that local experience.

Generated sticker packs

If you choose to create the 16-expression pack, you must sign in and the selected photo is uploaded to the server-side generation flow. PhotoToSticker sends the source photo to Replicate for safety moderation and the generation you requested. PhotoToSticker does not persist that source photo in its own storage.

PhotoToSticker stores account-level generation metadata, quota usage, pack settings, job status, and related timestamps. That account and job metadata can remain after a generated image is deleted.

After successful generation, PhotoToSticker copies the generated grid to private storage for 24 hours. During that period, the signed-in account that owns the job can use PhotoToSticker's protected preview and download routes. When the 24-hour period ends, downloads stop and the next daily maintenance run replaces the full-resolution grid with a maximum-1024-pixel, visibly watermarked history preview. Only the signed-in account that owns the job can access that retained preview through the protected preview route. No underlying object URL is exposed. Free downloads include watermarked platform files and an import guide.

Service providers and generated-image marking

Google provides account sign-in and returns the basic account details needed to create and protect your PhotoToSticker account. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and security signals when you request a generated pack so automated abuse can be blocked.

Replicate receives the compressed source photo and generation instructions needed for safety moderation and image generation. Replicate processes that data under its own service terms and privacy practices.

No subscription or automatic renewal applies; each purchase is a one-time, per-pack payment of $5.90 USD.

One purchase context unlocks the available successful stickers from one already-generated sticker pack. It does not buy another generation or regenerate failed cells.

Its no-visible-watermark bundle is available for 24 hours after verified payment.

After the three free sticker-pack generations are used, the other purchase context buys one additional successful sticker-pack generation.

A blocked photo or failed generation does not consume that paid entitlement, so you can choose another photo or retry without another payment.

Its no-visible-watermark bundle is available for 24 hours after successful generation.

Creem receives the checkout, account, and payment data needed to process either purchase. PhotoToSticker does not send the source photo to Creem.

The configured Google image model may embed Google's invisible SynthID marker in generated images. That provider-level marker is separate from the visible PhotoToSticker logo applied to free sticker files.

Contact messages

If you submit the contact form, the name, email address, and message you enter may be sent to the contact backend configured for this deployment. This is separate from selecting a photo in the sticker studio. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in a contact message.

Basic site and service data

Hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as an internet address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. Google Analytics 4 is enabled only when a GA4 measurement ID is configured for the deployment. When enabled, it may receive site interaction and device information according to Google's settings. Other optional support or performance tools operate only when their configuration is present. The exact data available to those tools depends on the active deployment and provider settings.

Language, authentication, and security features may use cookies or browser storage. See the Cookie Policy for the current explanation.

Your choices

You can avoid selecting a photo, reset a selected photo, leave the page, choose not to send the contact form, and manage cookies or site permissions through your browser.

Changes and questions

This policy may be updated when PhotoToSticker's implemented behavior changes. The current version and date will remain on this page. For questions, use the contact form or email support@phototosticker.org.
